1. Acceptance of these terms1. 接受条款
By creating an account or using CodePrism (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.当你注册账号或使用 CodePrism（"本服务"）即表示你同意本服务条款及我们的隐私政策。若你不同意，请勿使用本服务。
2. What the Service is2. 服务说明
CodePrism is a free job-application service combining automation and staff assistance. By default it is review-first: you upload a résumé, review the roles prepared for you, approve or reject each one, and give a separate final confirmation before applications begin. Where offered, you may instead explicitly opt in to a fully-automatic mode with its own separate consent, in which applications for qualifying roles are emailed on your behalf right after matching, without per-role review. Application emails are sent from our own address to application addresses published in postings, include a transparency note, and set the reply address so employer replies are forwarded to you (a copy may also go to our support inbox). For approved portal roles we may use automated browser tools to complete official forms, create applicant accounts and handle email verification while acting as your agent. We use your work-authorization and visa answers exactly as provided and never fabricate them; an unanswered required legal question becomes an action for you rather than a guess. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. The Service is provided "as is" and may change, pause, or end at any time.CodePrism 是一项由自动化与人工协助共同完成的免费求职投递服务。默认模式为先审核：你上传简历后，先审核为你准备的岗位，逐一批准或拒绝，并在投递开始前再次进行最终确认。在提供该选项时，你也可以主动选择全自动模式并单独授权——匹配完成后，我们会立即代你向符合条件的岗位发送申请邮件，无需逐条确认。申请邮件从我们自己的地址发送到职位公布的招聘邮箱，附有透明度说明，并设置回复地址以便雇主回复转发给你（副本也可能发送到我们的支持邮箱）。对于获批的门户岗位，我们可能作为你的代理，使用自动化浏览器填写官方表单、创建求职账号并完成邮箱验证。我们会严格按你提供的工作许可与签证答案填写，绝不编造；若必填法律问题尚未回答，会转为需要你处理的动作，而不是擅自推测。你需对所提供信息的准确性负责。本服务按“现状”提供，并可能随时调整、暂停或终止。
3. Eligibility & accounts3. 使用资格与账号
You must be of legal working age in your jurisdiction and able to form a binding agreement. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in email secure. One person should not create multiple accounts to evade limits.你须达到所在地区的法定工作年龄并具备订立合同的能力。你需对账号下的活动负责，并妥善保管登录邮箱的访问权限。请勿通过注册多个账号规避使用限制。
4. Your responsibilities4. 你的责任
You confirm the résumé and information you submit are your own, accurate, and lawful to share. Do not upload other people’s data, false information, malware, or content that infringes any right or law. You are responsible for the content of your résumé.你确认所提交的简历与信息均为本人所有、真实，且分享合法。请勿上传他人数据、虚假信息、恶意程序，或任何侵犯权利或违法的内容。你需对简历内容负责。
5. No guarantee of results5. 不作结果保证
We do not guarantee any interview, offer, response, or that any specific number of applications will be sent. Hiring decisions are made entirely by employers. We only apply to roles that publish an application method and apply our own judgement of relevance.我们不保证任何面试、录用、回复，也不保证发送特定数量的申请。录用与否完全由雇主决定。我们仅对公开了投递方式的岗位进行投递，并按我们对岗位相关性的判断进行。
6. Acceptable use & rate limits6. 可接受使用与频率限制
The Service is free and rate-limited to keep it available for everyone. Do not abuse, automate, overload, scrape, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service. We may apply or change limits at any time.本服务免费并设有频率限制，以保障所有人都能使用。请勿滥用、自动化攻击、超量请求、抓取，或试图破坏本服务或进行未授权访问。我们可随时设置或调整限制。
7. Your data & deletion7. 你的数据与删除
How we handle your résumé and personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete an individual submission from its tracking page, or permanently delete your entire account and all associated data at any time from your account page.我们如何处理你的简历与个人数据，详见隐私政策。你可在投递的查询页删除单条投递，也可随时在账号页面永久注销整个账号并删除全部相关数据。
8. Intellectual property8. 知识产权
You retain all rights to your résumé and content. The CodePrism name, site, and software remain ours. You grant us a limited licence to process and transmit your submitted content solely to provide the Service to you.你保留对简历及内容的全部权利。CodePrism 名称、网站与软件归我们所有。你授予我们有限许可，仅为向你提供本服务而处理与传输你提交的内容。
9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability9. 免责与责任限制
The Service is provided free and "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodePrism is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lost opportunity, arising from your use of the Service.本服务免费并按"现状"提供，不附带任何形式的保证。在法律允许的最大范围内，对于因使用本服务而产生的任何间接、附带或后果性损害，或任何机会损失，CodePrism 概不负责。
10. Suspension & termination10. 暂停与终止
We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these terms or harms the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.对于违反本条款，或损害本服务及其他用户的访问，我们可予以暂停或终止。你也可随时停止使用并注销账号。
11. Changes to these terms11. 条款变更
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date below; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.我们可能不时更新本条款。重大变更将通过更新下方生效日期体现；变更后继续使用即表示你接受更新后的条款。
