What we collect我们收集什么
The résumé you upload and the details you add, such as your contact email, target roles and locations, company preferences, work authorization, visa-sponsorship needs, salary or remote-work preferences, and notes. We use this only to find matching jobs and to apply on your behalf.你上传的简历以及你补充的信息，例如联系邮箱、目标岗位与地点、公司偏好、工作许可、签证担保需求、薪资或远程办公偏好和备注。这些仅用于匹配岗位并代为投递。
How it is stored如何存储
Your uploaded résumé file is encrypted at rest and stored outside the public web root. Information extracted from it, and the details you provide, are held in a database protected by host and file-system access controls.你上传的简历文件加密存储，且不在公开网站目录内。从中提取的信息与你提供的资料保存在受主机与文件系统权限保护的数据库中。
How applications are delivered申请如何投递
AI helps find, score and prepare suitable roles; no application starts during intake. By default you approve or reject each match and give a separate final confirmation before anything is submitted. If you explicitly opt in to the fully-automatic mode (a separate consent during intake), qualifying roles are emailed right after matching without per-role review, up to a per-order cap. Applications go only to a public application email or the employer’s official portal. Fully-automatic application emails are sent from our own address with a transparency note; their reply address is a per-submission relay, so employer replies are forwarded to your contact email, with a brief record (about 24 hours) on your status page. To find matches and prepare applications, résumé content and the details you provide are processed by our configured AI model, third-party API gateway and web-search tools. Providers may change as reliability and availability change, and data may be processed outside your jurisdiction. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.为匹配岗位并准备申请，你的简历内容和补充资料会由当前配置的 AI 模型、第三方 API 网关及网页搜索工具处理。服务提供方可能随可靠性与可用性调整，数据也可能在你所在司法辖区以外处理。我们不出售数据，也不用于广告。
Application records投递记录
When an approved employer portal requires it, CodePrism may create an applicant account using a per-submission relay address, store the encrypted portal credential, receive short-lived verification messages, and retain proof screenshots and confirmation references. These records are used only to complete and evidence your approved applications.当获批岗位的雇主门户确有需要时，CodePrism 可能使用本次提交专用的中转邮箱创建求职账号、加密保存门户凭据、接收短期验证邮件，并保留凭证截图与确认编号。这些记录仅用于完成并证明你已批准的投递。
Retention & deletion保留与删除
Submissions and their résumé files are automatically deleted after the configured retention period (normally 30 days); verification inbox messages and employer-reply records use a much shorter retention window (about 24 hours). You can delete a submission at any time from its private tracking page.投递记录及简历文件会在配置的保留期后自动删除（通常为 30 天）；验证邮箱消息与雇主回复记录采用更短的保留时间（约 24 小时）。你也可随时在私密查询页删除单次提交。
Your tracking ID你的查询 ID
Your results are accessible through a long, unguessable ID. Anyone with the link can view the submission, so keep it private. Decisions, cancellation and deletion additionally require the creating browser, the linked signed-in account, or a verified sign-in using the submission’s contact email, which also lets you manage it across devices.结果通过一个不可枚举的长 ID 访问。任何持有链接的人都可查看本次提交，因此请妥善保管；审核决定、取消和删除还需要创建提交的浏览器、已关联的登录账号，或使用本次提交的联系邮箱完成验证登录。通过邮箱验证登录后，也可跨设备管理。
